Job Description This is a unique opportunity to join the growing Screening and Early Detection commercial team as a field‑based Associate Account Executive. You will collaborate closely with sales leadership to shape go‑to‑market strategies and launch groundbreaking cancer screening technologies that directly impact patients’ lives. In this role, you will promote the Shield™ colorectal cancer (CRC) blood test to healthcare providers in primary care settings, driving early detection and helping save lives. Key Responsibilities Consistently meet or exceed sales goals through effective prospecting, relationship‑building, and execution of national sales strategies. Target and engage healthcare providers, building strong relationships and securing commitment to adopt Shield for CRC and other cancers. Engage providers with challenger selling techniques, understanding needs and demonstrating how Guardant products improve outcomes. Educate and support providers, delivering product training and ensuring stakeholder buy‑in within practices. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (clinical, marketing, product) to align strategies and provide feedback. Identify new business opportunities and cultivate regional lab partnerships to expand reach. Develop and execute launch plans for new screening technologies. Monitor competitive landscape, analyze trends, and report insights to leadership. Provide high‑touch customer service, resolving issues proactively throughout the sales cycle. Maintain compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulations; manage multiple projects and deadlines. Qualifications 2+ years in a B2B field‑based, customer‑facing sales role with a proven record of success. Experience selling medical or healthcare products or services is preferred. Demonstrated ability to engage patients, overcome objections, and align client needs with product offerings. Strong product knowledge, quickly learning and applying technical details. Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to present complex information understandably. CRM proficiency with Salesforce, Veeva, or similar platforms. Superior negotiation, problem‑solving, and customer service skills. High‑touch relationship building and focus on long‑term partnership. Compensation US location base pay range: $96,000 – $105,000. Base salary does not include benefits, bonus, commission, or equity. Compensation will be based on multiple factors including geography, experience, and job duties.
