Vida Integrated Health is actively seeking a motivated and dedicated Certified Medical Assistant to support our  Functional Medicine Team. This is a full-time position, primarily located at our  Vida Ravenna (U-Village)  clinic, with the opportunity to also provide support at our  Kirkland  clinic.

In the MA-C role, you'll provide direct clinical support to our dynamic Functional Medicine team. Candidates with an interest or experience in Functional Medicine environments are preferred, though it is not a requirement. Entry-level candidates are welcome.

Compensation:

$28 - $34 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Assist physicians and healthcare professionals in delivering exceptional patient care, ensuring a seamless experience for every patient
• Conduct patient intake and documentation, capturing vital signs and medical history with accuracy and efficiency
• Administer care as directed by healthcare providers, maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols

• Prepare examination rooms and medical equipment, ensuring a clean and organized environment for patient consultations
• Support the Functional Medicine Team by managing patient records and ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations
• Educate patients on treatment plans and wellness programs, empowering them with knowledge to make informed health decisions

Qualifications:

• US Work Authorization.
• MA-C license in good standing in the State of Washington is required.
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced clinical environment.

• Flexibility in working across Seattle and Kirkland location as needed.
• Must be able to lift and carry medical equipment and supplies.
• Must be capable of standing for extended periods of time during patient interactions or administrative tasks.

• Ability to efficiently conduct patient intake and document vital signs and medical history with precision.
• Proven track record of adhering to safety protocols while administering patient care.
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized examination room, ensuring readiness for patient consultations.
• Experience in managing patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Strong communication skills to effectively educate patients on treatment plans and wellness programs.
