Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting an experienced physician in OBGYN Mentors/Advisors (MD/DO) Locum needed in Richland, Washington (WA). The team is anticipating starting 9/1/2026 and ongoing, will expedite credentialing . The role offers a competitive market rate and Locums benefit.
50743 OBGYN Mentors/Advisors Locum Role : Travel is included
Providers Needed: Seeking up to three full-time for a 12+month commitment
Special Designation Mentors :
Providers will act as mentors/advisors to any new-grad providers employed at the site.
Will not be required to act as a proctor for procedures.
Will be compensated for extra duties .
Clinic Available to support APPs and Midwives with complex patients, and flex into the OR as needed based on elective surgical volumes.
Rate: 24hr. on call flat rate for clinic and call, M-F 40-hours. Guaranteed 8-hour daily (minimum), with overtime offered (after 40-hours) - is a plus!
Scope: Inpatient & Outpatient. 20 Patients per shift. EMR-EPIC.
Coverage: Supporting a team of three full-time providers. Requesting a 1+year commitment. Supportive team, plus APP.
Requirements of the OBGYN Mentors/Advisors Role:
WA state license: active, unrestricted (in-hand). IMLC Candidates are Welcome!
Experience Required: 3+ years in the specialty (2+ years plus fellowship will be considered).
Board Certified
BLS, DEA
CV (MM/YYYY, 30+day gaps explained work and education)
