This full-time assignment involves outpatient clinic care, operating room support, and mentorship for new providers within a outpatient and elective surgical environment. Opportunity Highlights Obstetrics and Gynecology locum tenens role Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM schedule Full-time (35–40 hours/week) guaranteed Outpatient clinics and OR support Mentorship for new graduate providers (not proctoring) No call requirement Washington medical license and DEA registration required Minimum 3 years of OB/GYN clinical experience (fellowship considered) Schedule Details Clinic and OR coverage, Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM daily Guaranteed 35–40 shifts per week No call responsibilities Clinical Scope Outpatient clinic care and elective surgical support Support and guidance for complex cases and new providers Flex into the operating room based on surgical volume Mentorship and advising for new providers (not proctoring) Documentation in accordance with clinical standards Practice Environment This opportunity is based in outpatient clinics and surgical support in a community hospital setting. Providers will work alongside nursing teams, APPs, and support staff, providing mentorship and complex case guidance in a structured outpatient and OR environment.
