Physicians will cover clinic shifts Monday through Friday, be available to provide support and direction for APPs and Midwives with complex patients, and flex into the OR as needed based on elective surgical volumes. Providers will be required to have 3 years of experience in the specialty (2 years plus fellowship will be considered). Providers will act as mentor/advisors to any new-grad providers that the site employs in the future but will not be required to act as a proctor for procedures. Vendors will agree to a mutual 90-day cancellation term for providers submitted (unless provider must be canceled due to cause or safety concerns). To entice skilled and committed providers for this search only, the hourly bill rate will be increased to $450 per hour, with overtime applying after 40 hours per week. Please ensure all bids have all proposed bill rates included, as well as an up-to-date CV attached and explanations of any gaps on the CV or any malpractice claims explained.
