- Able to work in onsite offshore model.
- Able to lead 24 member team at offshore
- Good in delivering high level low level design construction and unit testing integration testing.
- Good with healthcare background
- Able to work with client SMEs and scrum masters and Manage JIRA process for the project deliverables.
- Provide weekly status to management about project progress. Good in risk management
