Key Responsibilities

The Engineering Manager for the Rothschild, WI facility is an onsite position that will provide the leadership for all engineering related programs for the facility and work closely with the Plant Director and other key plant leaders.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical experience. 7+ years in maintenance/engineering and 3+ years leading teams. Project leadership, capital planning, and stakeholder management experience. Knowledge of CMMS (SAP-PM preferred), reliability practices, and root cause analysis. Additional Preferred Qualifications: Experience in food, nutrition, or pharma-adjacent regulated manufacturing environments. Exposure to digital manufacturing, automation, and sustainability initiatives. Certifications in Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, or PMP.

The typical hiring range for this role is $107,757 - $181,563 annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).
