A well-established, community-based healthcare organization in the Black Hills region of South Dakota is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine physician to join a robust, full-spectrum practice.

Position Highlights:

• Full-time Family Medicine role with true full-spectrum practice across clinic, hospital, ED, and long-term care
• 1:7 call rotation covering inpatient and emergency department responsibilities
• Cradle-to-grave care for patients across all ages and acuity levels
• One integrated 42,000 sq. ft. facility with clinic, 12-bed hospital, and 24/7 ED under one roof
• Strong, established primary care team with excellent clinical support
• On-site diagnostics for fast, efficient patient care
• Nursing home care responsibilities within a local long-term care facility
• Broad-scope practice with autonomy and continuity across all settings
