Full time position near Hill City, SD

MLR.org is seeking a Physical Therapist to help patients recover from illness or injury through physical exercises and therapies. You'll work with patients of all ages to restore function and independence.

Physical Therapist Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized therapy programs to promote client wellness and independence.
• Develop and adjust care plans based on assessments and patient needs.
• Use therapeutic agents like heat, water, and electrical stimulation.
• Document care in compliance with Medicare, State, and facility guidelines.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and Home Health Aides as needed.
• Participate in meetings and quality improvement programs.

Physical Therapist Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Preferred: Two years of experience in acute care, long-term care, or home health.
• Must be licensed in South Dakota and hold a current CPR certification.

Facility is located 30 minutes away from the scenic Black Hills of South Dakota, serving near the Fall River County and close to the stunning town of Hot Springs South Dakota.
