The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high‑volume environment, and a Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
