**1st and 2nd Shift Available**
The Electrical Assembler is responsible for the precise assembly and wiring of electrical components and systems according to blueprints, schematics, and work orders. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, a strong understanding of electrical principles, and the ability to use various tools and equipment for assembly and testing.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assembly : Read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and blueprints to assemble electrical systems, including panels, junction boxes, and sub-assemblies.
- Wiring : Cut, strip, and mount wires, connect terminals, and perform sub-assembly and final assembly wiring with high accuracy.
- Component Installation : Install and secure electrical components such as switches, relays, circuit breakers, and other hardware using specified methods.
- Maintenance : Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, and perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment.
- Quality Control : Inspect work to ensure it meets quality and safety standards and collaborate with quality assurance teams.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and electrical assembly equipment.
- Experience with soldering and crimping techniques.
- Familiarity with testing procedures and basic troubleshooting.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work from detailed instructions and follow safety protocols.
Qualifications and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous manufacturing experience
