Press Brake Operator We are looking for an experienced brake press operator/programmer for a metal stamping company. Metal fabrication company specializing in stamping, laser cutting, machining, and welding. What's in it for you? Press Brake Operator Details: Temp-to-Hire position $ 21.00 to $ 22.00 / hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:30pm) Operate presses Operate Fork Lift Trucks Interpret and respond to SPC control charts Complete production and quality paperwork Use appropriate gages, such as calipers and micrometers Visually inspect production and quality problems Identify and report production and quality problems Participate in corrective and preventative actions and continuous improvement projects Use all safety aids and devices Report finished job and request new job Maintain clean work environment Other duties as assigned by Plant Superintendent Press Brake Operator Qualifications: Must have experience with Bysatronics, running and setting up programs based off of prints High School Diploma, or G.E.D. (Preferred) Ability to read and write English Ability to understand verbal and written training material in English Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed instructions (written or oral).
