CNC Machinists
Our client is an ultra-precision machine shop with a global customer base. Their state-of-the art facility is climate controlled and features many new machines and a pristine shop floor.
**CNC Machinist

CNC Machinist - What You’ll Do:
- Set up & run multi-axis lathes
- Control and adjust machine settings
- Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machines
- Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools
CNC Machinist - Minimum Experience Needed:
- 6+ months CNC lathe machinist experience; must be able to set up parts
- Experience machining precision metal parts
- Working knowledge of measurement tools (calipers, mics, etc.) and first piece inspection
You should be proficient in:
- Tape Measure Reading
- CNC Machine Setup & Changeover
- Advanced Inspection & Gauge Measurement
- Machine Setups for Production Runs
- Manual Machining Skills
Machines & technologies you'll use:
- CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC)
- CNC Lathe (2-4 axis)
- CNC Swiss Lathe (Star, Citizen, Tsugami, Index, Eurotech, Tornos, Ganesh, Hanwha, Yama-Seiki, Nomura)
- CNC Grinder
- CNC Mill (5+ axis VMC)
- CNC Lathe (5+ axis)
