How You’ll Shine In this sales-based role, you’ll represent Travel + Leisure Co as a Brand Ambassador in Busch Gardens. You will engage in face-to-face conversations with prospective customers, share the benefits of the vacation club experience, and invite and incentivize guests to attend award-winning vacation ownership presentations. What You'll Do Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Travel + Leisure Co. Engage, excite, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales-preview tour. Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits Attend all scheduled training sessions, department meetings Keep current on marketing information and materials, as well as industry trends Set and review performance goals weekly, monthly, and annually What You’ll Love High energy, team-oriented environment Uncapped earning potential with guaranteed hourly + bonuses Company-issued iPad, travel perks, and comprehensive benefits Initial and ongoing training and professional development opportunities What You’ll Bring A friendly, energetic, and outgoing personality Ability to work both independently and within a team environment Ability to handle rejection while maintaining a positive attitude Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand for 4–6 hours at a time, both indoors and outdoors 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience preferred, but not required High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred This position requires successful completion of a pre-employment drug test as a condition of employment. During the initial training period, the hourly wage is $15.00/HR plus commission. After training, compensation includes an hourly rate at applicable minimum wage, plus commission.
