Sr. Product Manager

Senior Product Manager role at Abbott focused on defining product roadmaps and driving delivery across digital solutions and customer experiences. Responsibilities
- Define and maintain product roadmaps outlining feature development, releases, and customer experience priorities
- Translate user and business requirements into specifications and acceptance criteria for delivery teams
- Collaborate with quality, design, development, and business stakeholders to facilitate product area execution
- Monitor product performance post-launch using KPIs and metrics; recommend continuous improvements
- Manage product backlog, prioritize work, and communicate strategy and progress to executives and partners
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of product management practices for complex programs and initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to influence multiple stakeholders and leaders without direct authority
- Strong analytical skills with experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and change management
- Experience defining acceptance criteria, KPIs, and metrics for product success
- Proven track record collaborating across matrixed, cross-functional organizations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for diverse audiences
- Experience managing product backlogs, roadmaps, and competing stakeholder priorities
