Product Manager, Apple Gift Card

The Apple Gift Card Product team is seeking a strategic, detail-oriented Product Manager to drive the end-to-end product strategy, development, and growth across both physical and digital gift card experiences globally. You will lead cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable, high-impact solutions that enhance customer engagement, optimize revenue, and ensure operational excellence across the physical and digital gift card lifecycle. Strong communication skills, across technical and non-technical audiences, and analytical expertise are essential. Description We’re looking for a dynamic Product Manager with expertise in physical and digital product development, consumer experience, pricing, and offer management to join the Apple Gift Card team. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Design, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on physical consumer products, payments, retail, or e-commerce. Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch and manage consumer-facing products. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, adept at operationalizing data-driven insights to inform product decisions. Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated leadership in managing competing priorities and delivering results under tight deadlines. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex product strategies and customer experiences. Thrives in a fast-evolving environment, working with autonomy and diplomacy. Preferred Qualifications Ideal candidate will have experience working with gift cards, stored-value products, physical retail products, or digital payments.
