As a Shift Supervisor, you'll be the go-to leader when the GM or AM isn't on deck. You'll:

• Guide your team through flavorful, fast-paced shifts
• Keep the vibes high and the guest experience even higher
• Support training and coachingbuilding up your crew each day
• Help manage inventory, cash, and operations like a pro
• Jump in wherever neededregister, grill, line, prepyou name it
