Store Manager

Role Overview: Responsible for managing store employees and operations to ensure efficient processes including staffing, inventory management, merchandising, customer service, and safety compliance. Key Responsibilities Recruit, train, evaluate, and retain qualified staff in accordance with laws and policies. Oversee store opening and closing, ensuring proper staffing and adherence to safety standards. Analyze financial statements to identify trends, control expenses, and optimize profitability. Manage inventory levels, ordering, and merchandising presentation to meet sales targets. Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and a secure environment. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations. Provide excellent customer service and address customer needs effectively. Complete documentation and support staff development initiatives. Qualifications & Skills Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, cash handling, and safety procedures. Ability to perform mathematical calculations and operate cash registers. Experience in retail management preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required. Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 55 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.
