Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Medical Surgical team. The ideal candidate will work in a dynamic environment serving a diverse patient population across all ages, ensuring high-quality care is delivered at all times.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans tailored to individual needs.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and health maintenance.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in the electronic health record system.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to safety protocols.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have a valid RN license to practice in Virginia.
• Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and other relevant credentials.
• At least 1 year of Med/Surg experience preferred; 2 years is highly desirable.
