About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Talent & Culture to lead the transformation and scaling of its workforce. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and enhancing the systems that define who the company hires, how its people and leaders develop, and ensuring that the standards set are consistently met. This role is pivotal in driving talent density, manager effectiveness, and work redesign to create a culture that is both high-performing and value-driven. The VP will also be at the forefront of building an AI-native organization, using AI to set and maintain standards, and leading by example in its application. To excel in this position, candidates must have a proven track record of operating at the VP level, with at least 15 years' experience in talent management, organizational effectiveness, or workforce strategy. The role requires a leader who can anticipate and build for the future needs of the workforce, influence senior leaders, and make strategic talent decisions. Experience in a high-growth, global company, and a background in AI and its application to workforce management, are highly desirable. The VP will be expected to think in systems, not symptoms, and to be a true partner in the company's growth, with a focus on continuous improvement and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
