Project Leader, Outlet

Summary The Project Leader, Outlet provides administrative and operational support to the Outlet Division and the SVP, Outlet & Reverse Logistics. This role manages forecasting, KPI reporting, marketing coordination, store openings and remodel projects, and cross-functional support across merchandising, operations and finance. The position requires strong project management, communication, and financial acumen, with flexibility for extended hours and travel. Responsibilities Forecast daily sales and prepare monthly incentive plans for outlet stores Prepare and analyze KPI reports for store leaders and cross-functional partners Support merchandising, operations, and finance teams with data and project execution Provide administrative and project support including creation of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint materials Develop and manage division marketing strategy and calendar; advise on email and print projects Lead store openings and remodels by coordinating weekly calls and tracking deliverables Track and code vendor invoices and estimates and coordinate division travel Support legal and real estate teams during store lease renewal processes and draft internal communications Requirements Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines Strong communication, negotiation, problem solving, and relationship-building skills Highly detail oriented, self-motivated, and able to work extended hours including nights and weekends Ability to travel and be away from home for extended periods as needed Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn proprietary systems Financial acumen and solid grasp of mathematics for fiscal management Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
