What you will do Manage a complex caseload of individuals with substance misuse needs, delivering structured key work interventions, recovery planning, and ongoing risk management. Provide day-to-day guidance, mentoring, and practice support to Recovery Workers and Key Workers to ensure consistent service delivery standards. Complete comprehensive assessments, care plans, reviews, and safeguarding interventions in accordance with national guidance and local procedures. Utilise SystmOne to accurately record all clinical and recovery activities, maintain case records, monitor outcomes, and support contractual reporting requirements. Person Specification Qualifications NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Health and Social Care, Substance Misuse, Counselling, or a related field. Relevant drug and alcohol intervention training. Motivational Interviewing or psychosocial intervention training is desirable. Registration and Compliance Sound knowledge of CQC standards and safeguarding legislation. Understanding of the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, Equality Act 2010, and relevant substance misuse treatment frameworks. Enhanced DBS clearance is essential. Comprehensive key work experience. SystmOne experience is essential.
