We encourage and support our experts to publish papers, present at conferences, and participate in the technical societies that are shaping the standards of tomorrow.QualificationsBachelor degree in Engineering, Architecture, Science, Construction or related degree and 10 years of relevant experience required.Or profound technical expertise in the design, construction, and manufacturing processes of core type distribution and power transformers.Hands-on experience witnessing Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) for high-voltage transformers, performing factory audits, and developing robust technical specifications.An established reputation as a go-to technical expert within your discipline, recognized both internally and by the external market.A strong network of colleagues, clients, and vendors, with a proven ability to develop new business opportunities.Deep expertise with state-of-the-art industry technologies and software relevant to your discipline.Exceptional ability to influence and clearly communicate complex technical concepts to all audiences, from project teams to executive leadership.A strategic, analytical, and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to solve challenging problems independently.Valued Additional Assets: Familiarity with other critical substation assets—such as high-voltage circuit breakers, GIS, or instrument transformers—including experience developing equipment specifications, conducting design reviews, or witnessing Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).The ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 30% to serve our clients at their point of need.Professional Engineer (PE) License highly valued.Job Field: EngineeringJob Type: ExperiencedSchedule: Full-timeTravel: Yes, 25 % of the Time
