As we continue to expand throughout Colorado and the Rocky Mountain region, we're seeking a Territory Account Manager to help drive growth and establish new customer relationships in a highly visible market. Job Details This is a true business development role focused on growing market share throughout the Denver region. The ideal candidate understands industrial sales, facility maintenance environments, electrical services, engineering services, or mission‑critical operations and can quickly establish credibility with facility managers, maintenance managers, plant managers, engineers, and operations leaders. The Denver territory represents a significant growth opportunity following a recent acquisition and organizational investment. The individual will work closely with local leadership to develop new business, expand customer relationships, and introduce customers to our full suite of electrical testing, maintenance, repair, engineering, and reliability services. Responsibilities Develop and grow new business opportunities throughout the Denver market Prospect and establish relationships with industrial and commercial customers Sell electrical testing, maintenance, engineering, commissioning, and repair services Conduct customer visits, job walks, lunch‑and‑learn presentations, and facility assessments Work closely with operations and technical teams to develop solutions for customer needs Prepare proposals, estimates, and sales presentations Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle Maintain accurate CRM activity and pipeline reporting Participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events Build long‑term strategic relationships with key accounts Target Customers Data Centers Hospitals & Healthcare Systems Industrial Manufacturing Facilities Food & Beverage Plants Mining Operations Utilities Power Generation Facilities Electrical Contractors Large Commercial Facilities What We're Looking For 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience Industrial, engineering, technical, maintenance, reliability, electrical, automation, controls, power systems, or related sales experience Strong business development and prospecting skills Ability to communicate with engineers, maintenance personnel, facility managers, and operations leaders Self‑motivated, entrepreneurial mindset Excellent communication and presentation skills Experience selling into industrial or mission‑critical environments preferred Highly Preferred Backgrounds Electrical Testing Services NETA Testing Power Systems Engineering Services Industrial Services Reliability Services Switchgear & Electrical Equipment Critical Power Data Center Services Electrical Contractors Automation & Controls Utility Services Travel Approximately 10% travel.
