Associate Attorney

Handle complex estate planning and administration, including succession planning, lifetime giving, charitable strategies, and tax-efficient wealth transfers. Draft wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and ancillary documents for high-profile clients. Direct client contact. You’ll lead meetings, signings, and strategy sessions. Collaborate with elite partners across multiple offices and multidisciplinary teams (tax, corporate, real estate, fiduciary litigation). Exposure to advanced tax planning: GST, estate/income tax, retirement assets, charitable giving. Clear growth path with mentorship and realistic partnership opportunities. Ideal Candidate 3–6 years of Trusts & Estates experience (planning + administration). Strong drafting skills for wills, trusts, and related documents. Tax fluency preferred; LL.M. in Tax is a plus. NY Bar required; Florida admission is a bonus. Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, sophisticated environment. $250K–$340K base salary + performance bonuses.
