Associate Attorney

My client is a well-established defense firm seeking an Associate Attorney to join their busy automobile liability practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a litigation-minded attorney who wants consistent courtroom exposure, a high-volume caseload, and the mentorship to become a skilled trial lawyer. The Role You’ll focus on the defense of automobile and motor vehicle liability matters, representing insureds and carriers in personal injury and property damage claims arising from motor vehicle accidents. You’ll be hands‑on from day one - managing files, running discovery, taking depositions, and appearing in court regularly. What You’ll Be Doing Defending motor vehicle accident claims, including personal injury, wrongful death, and property damage matters Drafting and responding to pleadings, motions, and discovery Taking and defending depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts Conducting case evaluations, preparing litigation strategies, and reporting to carriers and adjusters Attending court appearances, hearings, mediations, and arbitrations Taking matters through trial as experience and caseload allow What They’re Looking For JD from an accredited law school and active bar admission 2-4 years of civil litigation experience; auto liability or personal injury defense experience a plus Comfortable managing a high-volume docket with competing deadlines Strong drafter with sharp attention to detail Excellent communicator - with clients, adjusters, and opposing counsel alike Trial-hungry and eager to develop as a litigator #J-18808-Ljbffr
