About This Role The Centering Pregnancy Coordinator (RN) at Adventist Healthcare's Maternal Care Center is responsible for leading and coordinating the Centering Pregnancy Program, focusing on patient education and interdisciplinary collaboration to enhance maternal care. Highlights Pay: $77,313.60 - $115,980.80 Location: Rockville, MD Facility: Shady Grove Medical Center Schedule: Full-time, Day shift What You'll Do Lead and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve goals of the Centering Healthcare Institute. Coordinate all aspects of the Centering Pregnancy Program including recruitment, enrollment, and scheduling. Conduct participant orientation and provide education on the Centering Pregnancy model of care. Facilitate core team meetings and lead discussions on various topics. Develop and implement curriculum for Centering sessions. Promote patient self-care and self-management practices. Actively participate in ongoing program evaluation. Maintain regular communication with centering participants. Collect and report annual data to meet CHI requirements. Collaborate with Medical Director and staff to ensure program requirements are met.
