PURPOSEAs Assistant Manager, Digital Sell-In Solutions, you’ll be a key player in powering adidas’ digital engine—supporting the tools, processes, and people that drive our wholesale business forward. This is your opportunity to grow in a fast-paced, digital-first environment where innovation, teamwork, and hustle are part of the game.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES• Serve as the first line of support for the Wholesale Intake Form and tool-related inquiries spanning the WHS digital tool landscape - escalating tickets as needed and keeping users and team members informed on progress and resolution.• Manage customer and Promo/FOC budget setups, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.• Support training and onboarding efforts, including the creation and maintenance of documentation, SOPs, and SharePoint content.• Assist in testing and rollout of new functionality, contributing to change management efforts and stakeholder readiness.• Partner closely with sales and cross-functional teams to deeply understand how they operate within digital tools and identify what’s essential for their success, ensuring solutions are user-centric and impactful.• Document enhancement requests and support the development of business cases for tool improvements.• Maintain and update SharePoint content to ensure teams have access to the latest resources and information.• Provide cross-channel support as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a collaborative mindset.• Participate in workstreams and projects as assigned to drive continuous improvement, operational efficiencies, and innovative ways of working across NAM.Knowledge Skills and Abilities:• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.• Analytical problem-solver with the ability to define issues, interpret data, and propose effective solutions.• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly present information and ideas to various audiences.• Self-starter with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.• Customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality support and solutions.• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.• Highly adaptable and comfortable navigating shifting business priorities.• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.• Comfortable working with digital tools and platforms; experience with Salesforce or similar systems is a plus.Qualifications (Minimum required education and experience): • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university• One to Three years of experience in sales, business or financial analysis and planning• Industry specific experience preferred• Advanced MS Word, Excel, Access and Power Point skills required
