Manager Digital Sell-In Solutions

Purpose:As Manager, Digital Sell-In Solutions, you will be a key driver of adidas’ digital transformation in North America—powering the tools and processes that enable our wholesale business to move faster, smarter, and more connected. You’ll lead the charge in managing and evolving critical digital platforms, ensuring they’re optimized, adopted, and delivering value across the organization. From seasonal tool setup to strategic rollouts and stakeholder training, you’ll bring clarity to complexity and turn insights into action. With a strong focus on collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement, you’ll help shape the future of how adidas shows up for its partners—digitally and decisively.Key AccountabilitiesOversee the management and adoption of assigned digital tools across NAM, supporting both WHS and x-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and impact across market.Lead seasonal and ad hoc tool setup activities, serving as the WHS subject matter expert for related automation and processes managed by partner teams.Act as the primary point of contact for tool-specific support, collaborating with cross-functional partners to troubleshoot issues, escalate concerns, and drive timely resolutions.Foster a culture of effective and timely communication across internal teams, x-functional partners, and stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment, transparency, and collaboration.Lead training, documentation, and SOP development to ensure consistent understanding and usage of tools across teams; maintain up-to-date content in SharePoint and other knowledge platforms for self-serve and scalable training opportunities.Drive successful rollout of new functionality by overseeing testing (UAT), coordinating change management efforts, and ensuring stakeholder readiness through clear communication and training.Document enhancement requests and partner with stakeholders to build compelling business cases that support continuous improvement and innovation.Support go-to-market readiness by ensuring data accuracy, timely setup of customer and promo configurations, and alignment with GTM milestones.Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards to provide visibility into tool performance, adoption, and business impact.Collaborate with global and local teams to align on tool strategy, share best practices, and ensure North American priorities are represented and supported.Manage communications and updates related to tool changes, enhancements, and timelines to ensure transparency and alignment across stakeholders.Knowledge Skills and Abilities:Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to drive alignment across teams and functions.Analytical problem-solver with the ability to define issues, gather and interpret data, draw conclusions, and implement effective solutions.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships across functions and levels.Solid understanding of adidas commercial and operational models or similar experience in a related industry - familiarity with go-to-market processes and systems preferred.Highly adaptable and organized with a proactive nature and the ability to manage multiple priorities, change priorities as needed, and meet tight deadlines with minimal oversight.Qualifications (Minimum required education and experience):Four-year degree preferably in business, operations, contract management or related fieldMinimum of five years of experience in sales, operations, systems support, or combinationSporting industry specific experience preferredFamiliarity with Salesforce, SAP, and other relevant adidas and industry systems/analytical software preferredAdvanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills requiredExperience in Smartsheet preferred
