For more information, visit OverviewAs a Butler at The Moore you will be an integral member of the Hotel team that creates distinctively different and authentic experiences for our members and guests. You will warmly greet and assist them with their requests, anticipate their needs, and ensure a seamless and memorable experience during their stay.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Be a key member of the guest experience from the moment they walk into The Moore till the moment they complete their stay.Collaborate with the front desk team to maintain accurate guest records and preferences.Escort guests to their rooms and provide an orientation of hotel facilities.Coordinate and execute personalized services requested by guests.Take on the role of a room inspector to ensure rooms are prepared according to guest preferences and The Moore standards.Anticipate guests needs as well as potential issues by taking a proactive approach in resolving the problem.Ensure complete guest satisfaction with all requests and guest experience.Collaborate and coordinate with housekeeping, room service, and other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests.Handle guest complaints and concerns effectively, escalating issues as necessaryHave an impeccable eye for detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency.Other responsibilities as assigned.BenefitsWe offer a highly competitive salary and benefits package.Why work with usThis is a chance to be part of a community that doesn't just follow trends — it sets them.
