SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

Shift Supervisor Location: 1114 Avenue of the Americas, New York, NY 10036 (online applications accepted only). Schedule: Full time, Monday‑Friday, hours may vary. Pay Range: $21.00 to $27.00 per hour. Qualifications: Prior supervision experience preferred. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide training and create work schedules. Evaluate employee performance, reward high performers and discipline underperformers. Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit meets expectations for quality, productivity and safety. Act as contact person for employees with complaints or time‑off requests. Serve as mentor, develop employees and encourage advancement. Perform other duties as assigned.
