Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
• Current state licensure to practice as an SLP in Texas (or willingness to obtain)
• Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with IEP teams and diverse student populations across K-12
• Dedication to fostering student growth and creating supportive learning environments

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Provide direct therapy sessions—both individual and group—for students with a range of communication needs
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure student progress and success
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
• Provide recommendations for accommodations, modifications, and classroom strategies
