Full-Time- Every Other Weekend Required Day and night shift available ! 8 or 12 hour shift options What You’ll Do: Provide care to the residents in the household to help meet their daily needs, including medical, physical, and emotional support Advocate for residents, ensuring they have the best possible experience and quality of life Promote residents' psychosocial well-being through meaningful relationship building Help plan and facilitate social activities Maintain a clean, safe environment and care for residents' personal laundry Requirements: Required: North Carolina CNA Certification Desire to serve older adults and make a positive impact Positive outlook with the ability to provide compassionate care Ability to take initiative and be detail-oriented Ability to work independently and within a team Flexibility and ability to handle a fast-paced environment Strong communication and documentation skills Must be able to speak, read, and write in English to effectively communicate and complete required tasks, including training and documentation.
