Customer Service Representative Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and professional Customer Service Representatives to join our National Exterior Services team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to both external and internal customers as needed during winter weather events.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls from external and internal customers.
• Address customer concerns and requests through the phone system and company email.
• Create cases to provide appropriate solutions to customer concerns and requests.
• Make outbound calls in response to customer service concerns/requests.
• Other duties needed to help drive our vision, fulfill our mission and abide by our organizational values

Customer Service Representative Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred.
• Must provide your own computer and headset.
• Reliable internet connection.
• Knowledge of Salesforce preferred.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Proficient computer skills, including typing and navigating between screens.
• Ability to learn application software.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
