Customer Service Specialist

Overview As part of the Orkin team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers feel we delivered on our promise. You will help maintain our reputation for top‑notch service built on more than 120 years of protecting homes and businesses. Responsibilities As a Customer Service Specialist you will: Field incoming calls and make outbound calls to schedule, confirm, and follow up on service appointments. Work from the office location during regular business hours.
