Nel ruolo di Customer Service Specialist, entrerai a far parte di un team dedicato al monitoraggio e alla gestione delle spedizioni, con l'obiettivo di garantire tracciabilit, efficienza e alti standard di qualit del servizio. Sarai un punto di riferimento per clienti e colleghi, supportando il coordinamento delle attivit operative e assicurando un flusso informativo accurato e continuo lungo l'intera catena logistica.
Le tue responsabilit:
- Gestirai il rapporto con i clienti, fornendo preventivi e organizzando spedizioni e consegne.
- Assicurerai un servizio clienti di elevata qualit, rivolto sia ai clienti sia ai corrieri.
- Gestirai e risolverai eventuali problematiche legate alle spedizioni in modo tempestivo ed efficace.
- Collaborerai attivamente con il Team Operativo e con i Call Center Europei.
- Monitorerai lo stato delle spedizioni e gestirai i POD attraverso il nostro sistema di Track and Trace.

Cerchiamo una persona con:
- Esperienza di almeno un anno in ruoli simili nel settore logistica/trasporti.
- Precisione, attenzione ai dettagli e problem solving.
- Ottima conoscenza di Excel e del pacchetto Office.
- Buona conoscenza dell'inglese (scritto e parlato).
- Affidabilit e attitudine al lavoro di squadra.
