SLS Instructor 1 – Full‑time Pay: $20.00 per hour, at least 30 hours per week. Provide one‑on‑one care to adults with disabilities, including cooking, cleaning, medication administration, transportation, and community activities. May also provide training for new staff, assist with money management, and help clients reach their goals. SLS Instructor 2 – Part‑time Pay: $20.00 per hour, up to 29 hours per week. Similar care responsibilities as Instructor 1. May later transition to full‑time. SLS Instructor On‑Call Provide care on an as‑needed basis. Same duties as Instructor 2, but with no fixed schedule and the potential to move up to full‑time. Qualifications No college degree required; teachable Must own a vehicle in good condition with valid car insurance, registration, DMV driving record printout, and driver’s license Must pass a Live Scan background check Must have valid CPR/FIRST AID certification Social Security Card Negative TB test Eligible to work in the U.S. A Day in the Life Assistance with personal hygiene Meal planning and shopping Cooking and cleaning Laundry Medication administration assistance Community event attendance Assistance with school or work Transportation to appointments Schedule & Shift Types Shifts are built around client needs; may include 24/7 support or 5+ hours a day. Staff is paid for every hour worked, including hours spent sleeping. Monday to Sunday Morning shift 10 AM–2 PM Weekend availability On call as required Day shift (required) Night shift (preferred) Pay and Benefits Hourly Pay: $20.00. Benefits: 401(k) Schedule: 8‑hour shifts Supplemental pay: Sick pay, Referral Bonus Location and Travel Solano County area.
