This position reports to the Financial Reporting Manager and is responsible for supporting the preparation and filing of the company's financial statements. This role will work with the broader accounting, legal, and investor relations teams to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant external financial reporting.Key Responsibilities:Prepare supporting schedules for 10?K/10?Q footnotes, MD&A tables, and non?GAAP reconciliationsAssemble tie?out support and maintain documentation for filings and auditsCollaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, Legal, Tax, Treasury, and other partners to gather data and ensure reporting accuracyAssist in the drafting of selected disclosures and footnotesSupport process improvements, template updates, and automation effortsAssist with XBRL tagging, mapping, and validationSupport the preparation of 8?K filings, earnings releases, and other periodic submissionsProvide ad hoc assistance and support for special projects, as necessaryQualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree in accountingCPA or CPA?eligible preferredOne to four years of experience in public accounting or SEC reporting/financial accountingWorking knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirementsStrong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlinesExcellent oral and written communication skills to collaborate effectively across all organizational levelsExperience with Oracle Fusion, Hyperion, Smart View, Workiva or other enterprise accounting and financial information systems is a plusInsurance or insurance brokerage industry experience is a plusDo you believe in the power of innovation, collaboration, and transformation?
