We are currently searching for Warehouse Worker/Shipper candidates for a premier manufacturing client in Springfield, MO. Multiple shifts are available, allowing you to choose the schedule that best suits your needs.

Open Positions and Pay Rates:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM | $19.00 per hour
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM | $21.29 per hour
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM | $22.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Locate, identify, transport, and store materials in designated warehouse locations
• Unload small parts trailers onto the receiving line
• Remove core parts from boxes and dispose of cardboard at receiving lines
• Stock materials in core put-away areas
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Use a computer for inventory and logistics tasks
• Operate a forklift (training provided)

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
• National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC) preferred
• Three years of manufacturing work experience
• Ability to perform manual tasks for the full shift, including frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.), and performing repetitive actions
• Metatarsal boots certification required
