As an Assisted Living Coordinator, you lead daily care operations, ensuring high-quality, resident-centered services while building and developing a strong caregiving team. What You’ll Do: Lead recruiting, hiring and development of the caregiving team Manage staffing, scheduling and daily timekeeping reviews Oversee daily operations of the assisted living neighborhood Ensure delivery of Resident-Centered Care and ISP execution Partner with clinical teams on assessments, care planning and resident needs Monitor resident changes in condition and communicate with families Collaborate with Activities and Dining to enhance resident experience Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety and quality standards Manage team performance, engagement, coaching and evaluations Support department budget, labor management and operational efficiency What You’ll Bring: 1+ year experience in assisted living, long-term care or healthcare 1+ year supervisory or team leadership experience Strong staffing, scheduling and team management skills Knowledge of resident care practices and regulatory requirements Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and care systems Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and support operations Pay Range: 66,352.00 - 88,608.00 Benefits and Compensation Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability Plans Retirement Savings Plans Employee Assistant Program / Discount Program Paid time off (PTO), sick time, and holiday pay myFlexPay offered to get paid within hours of a shift Tuition Reimbursement In addition to base compensation, Sunrise may offer discretionary and/or non-discretionary bonuses.
