Pain Management or Primary Care Physician with 3+ Years of Chronic Pain Management Needed in South Carolina

Position:

\n
• Community Health Organization with 13 outpatient clinics throughout Northern South Carolina, all referring to you
\n
• Average 15-20 patients a day, will always have nurse support
\n
• Able to call one location home, or travel to a few sites each week, up to provider
\n
• Majority of position with be pain management through medication management
\n
• Physician will assess, diagnose, and treat patients with acute and chronic pain, with evidence-based management techniques and treatment
\n
• Focus on utilizing Buprenorphine as the treatment of choice for chronic pain, utilizing opioids sparingly and only when necessary
\n
• Familiarity with MAT (Medication Assisted Treatment)/Suboxone program
\n
• Ryan White affiliation and work with 340B Pharmacies
\n
• Ability to also perform higher acuity cases is capable – epidurals, steroid injections, nerve blocks, ablation, and spinal cord stimulator
\n

Offering:

\n
• Salary of $230,000-$275,000 base salary, Fulltime position 4-5 days a week
\n
• $20,000 sign on bonus
\n
• Quality metric bonuses, COL increases, $3,500 CME, Free gym memberships and $300 per year healthy cash
