Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system malfunctions.
• Perform preventative maintenance to maximize equipment performance and lifespan.
• Install, service, repair, and replace HVAC systems in residential and light commercial environments.
• Evaluate system performance and recommend energy-efficiency improvements.
• Conduct safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with customers.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of HVAC service, repair, and replacement experience required.
• Valid and clean New York State driver's license required.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, troubleshooting, and safety procedures.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
