Role Overview: As a School-Based Speech Language Pathologist at Soliant, you will play a crucial role in delivering speech and language services to students in a school environment. We are seeking an individual who is dedicated, detail-oriented, and driven to positively impact students' lives. Responsibilities: Conduct screenings and assessments to identify speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings and student needs. Deliver therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings. Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to ensure coordinated care and effective munication strategies. Monitor and document student progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary. Stay abreast of advancements in the field of speech-language pathology and participate in professional development opportunities. Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist. Certificate of Clinical petence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Excellent interpersonal and munication skills.
