Vanderbilt Health Walk-In Clinic PositionProvides service to patient either pre-appointment, during or post appointment with regular guidance. Responsibilities may include inbound/outbound telephone calls, cash management, appointment scheduling, process of insurance updates and patient check in/out.Position HoursPRN (as needed)Weekdays: 7:30am - 7:30pmWeekends: 8:00am - 5:00pmVanderbilt Health Walk-In Clinics provide convenient, high-quality urgent care for patients with non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries that require prompt attention. Staffed by a highly skilled team of board-certified physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants, our clinics diagnose and treat a wide range of non-emergency conditions, including abscesses, allergic reactions, seasonal allergies, animal bites, back pain, bronchitis, minor burns, and insect bites or stings. Open seven days a week with evening and weekend hours, Vanderbilt Health Walk-In Clinics make it easy for patients to access care when they need it most. In addition to same-day treatment, clinics offer on-site diagnostic services such as lab testing, EKGs, and X-rays with immediate results, as well as referrals to primary care providers and specialists for ongoing care.
