This opportunity is ideal for a licensed Pharmacist with experience in retail pharmacy and a strong interest or background in specialty compounding. The role requires working onsite in Michigan and offers a standard weekday schedule, providing consistency and work-life balance within a dynamic pharmacy environment.

Location:

Detroit, Michigan

Schedule:

Monday to Friday
9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Responsibilities:

Dispense and review medications accurately with a focus on specialty compounding
Ensure compliance with all pharmacy laws and regulations in Michigan and California
Counsel patients on medication usage and potential side effects
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
Maintain accurate records and documentation within the pharmacy system
Uphold quality assurance standards while preparing compounded medications

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Active Michigan and California pharmacist licenses required
Proven pharmacy experience in a retail setting
Knowledge or experience in specialty compounding preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
Ability to work onsite in Michigan for the duration of the contract
Signed agreements as required

This contract position spans 13 weeks offering a competitive hourly rate. Candidates with dual licensure in Michigan and California are prioritized.
