Senior Planning Manager

Summary:

Our award-winning client is seeking a Senior Planning Manager to join their team.Lead the planning and execution of iconic Life Science and Manufacturing projects with client, a leading global consultancy. Oversee key assignments, manage client relationships, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. You'll be a master scheduler, utilizing Primavera P6 and your deep industry knowledge to create detailed plans, analyze risks, and identify potential delays.

Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning for key assignments, aligning with overall vision and objectives.
• Foster strong client relationships, translating their vision into a deliverable onsite plan.
• Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders throughout projects.
• Implement and manage project planning and scheduling strategies using Primavera P6.
• Create comprehensive master schedules, including commissioning and validation activities.
• Conduct schedule risk analysis and identify potential bottlenecks or delays.
• Prepare and update progress reports, keeping stakeholders informed.
• Monitor and communicate project issues proactively.
• Analyze schedule deviations and propose corrective actions.
• Work with project teams to ensure accurate and complete schedules.

Required Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in planning and scheduling for engineering, procurement, and construction projects, ideally in Life Sciences or Manufacturing.
• Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and contracting processes.
• Expertise in Primavera P6 for creating and managing complex project schedules.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate project risks.
