RN ER/ED Emergency Room/Emergency Department Travel

Seven Healthcare is seeking an experienced RN specializing in Emergency Room/Emergency Department for a travel position in Hyannis, MA. As a travel RN, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. This position requires a strong ability to administer and monitor patient responses to medications, direct patient care, and guide ancillary personnel.

Key Responsibilities of the RN ER/ED:

• Deliver patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Administer and monitor patient responses to medications
• Guide patient care and activities of ancillary personnel
• Utilize nursing process for accurate patient records maintenance
• Provide complete patient documentation throughout hospital admission
• Act as resource for patient care and staff orientation
• Participate in unit staff meetings and professional development
• Adhere to safety and confidentiality standards
• Consistently provide service excellence to all stakeholders

Requirements of the RN ER/ED:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• 2 years recent ER RN experience
• At least 1 year ER travel experience
• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required
• ACLS Certification required
• Successful completion of CCH's Pharmacology and Basic Arrhythmia exams
• Proficiency in I.V. administration, ventilator care, and telemetry monitoring
• De-escalation Certification Course preferred
• TNCC, ENPC, and PALS certifications preferred
