For the latest news, visit news.samsung.com/us Role and Responsibilities This position will be responsible for, but not limited to, managing all activities related to the Accounts Receivable Function such as: Cash Application, Posting Journal Entries, Clearing A/R balances for Month‑End, A/R Confirmations, and ad‑hoc projects. Role Responsibility: Manage and assist with all areas of the cash application process (high volume level of transactions) and follow up on wire‑transfers to ensure payments are promptly posted to the customer account. Posting A/R Adjusting Journal Entries Clearing for Month End Process Balance cash daily and facilitate the month end closing process providing data and monthly reports. Manage the A/R Confirmations process and assist with the various Internal/External Audits. Perform any ad hoc projects as assigned by management. Invoicing to customers via email, fax or regular mail. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's or Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field required. 4‑6 years of experience in related field Skills and Qualifications Preferred Qualifications: Experience with SAP or similar ERP system preferred Solid analytical and problem‑solving skills Ability to identify discrepancies and inconsistencies Strong attention to details is of paramount importance in this role Diplomacy and ability to deal with difficult situations Excellent Oral & Written Communication Skills Solid Microsoft Office skills (Word & Excel) V-lookup and Pivot tables (Macros a+) AI tool implementation and usage skills in the job function preferred Attitude towards work and timeliness in completing daily tasks Sense of urgency to get it done required Relationship Management Ability to multi‑task in fast paced environment Life @ Samsung Life @ Samsung – Benefits @ Samsung Benefits @ Samsung – Regular full‑time employees (salaried or hourly) have access to benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k), Employee Purchase Program, Tuition Assistance (after 12 months), Paid Time Off, Student Loan Program (after 12 months), Wellness Incentives, and many more.
