Lookout Ford, Inc is seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist/Cashier (part time) to join our team in Morehead City, NC. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations at our dealership. The ideal candidate will be approachable, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities- Greet customers warmly and assist them promptly upon arrival.
- Manage the cash register, process transactions accurately, and handle cash and credit payments.
- Answer and direct incoming calls professionally.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
- Assist with appointment scheduling and customer inquiries.
- Provide support to other dealership staff as needed.
- Previous experience in a customer service or cashier role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor.
- Flexible availability to work part-time hours.
