What You'll Do
- Evaluate, plan, and implement physical therapy services in outpatient and inpatient settings
- Provide care for a diverse patient population, including occasional SNF and home health cases
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop tailored treatment plans
- Document clinical notes and progress within Epic EMR system
- Maintain compliance with licensing and facility protocols
- Rotate weekends and participate in occasional holiday coverage as needed
What You Need
- Minnesota Physical Therapist license (required)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within one year of hire
- At least 1 year of clinical experience in a healthcare environment
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
